Maharishi Vedic Pandit Program for World Peace
The Maharishi Vedic Pandit Program is one of the most important projects to create peace and harmony in the world. Founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, this program utilises the ancient Vedic technologies of consciousness, known as Maharishi Yagyas, to dissolve collective stress and create coherence.
These technologies also create environmental balance and purity allowing for production of the quality of food, fully enlivened in Natures intelligence and capable of supporting the growth of higher consciousness in the population.
Maharishi Yagya involves the application of specific Vedic sounds recited from a fine level of awareness by trained Vedic Pandit in order to achieve these results. The powerful program Vedic recitation program has been extensively verified by Modern Science to produce individual brain coherence in the pandits which is further reflected in the development of a coherent collective consciousness for world peace their recitation.

Maharishi Vedic Pandit Training Program
Nepal has a thousand-year-old Vedic tradition that has allowed the country to recruit young boys, also referred to as Batuks, to be trained as Vedic Pandits in community-based education systems, known as Gurukuls.
This Traditional Vedic training is an educational approach, which involves the Maharishi’s TM and TM Sidhi program for systematic development of higher consciousness. This allows the students to enrich their own inner development while learning their traditional recitation practices.
The TM and TM Sidhi program trains the pandits to act from the source of their consciousness. As the pandits grow in the capacity to act from subtler levels of consciousness, they become highly effective in performing their daily Vedic performances for world peace.

The Gurukul programs are monitored daily via video conferencing by a centralised administration facility to ensure proper administration of the Vedic programs. We have highly trained staff to ensure the finances are all in order. Maximum amount of donations are used to support the pandit programs and a small portion is allocated to support the administration.
There are already 50 Gurukuls, which are community-based education hubs providing food, shelter and education, established around Nepal with plans of further expansion. We are also working with the Nepalese government to support these programs.
Vedic Food for Vedic Consciousness
One of the most important aspects in pandit life and in the pandit training program is the quality of food that they receive. Maharishi says that the purity of food determines the purity of the physiology and this in turn determines the pandits ability to recite the intricate Vedic recitations with maximum effectiveness.
The pandits need a special quality of Vedic food, produced using special technologies of consciousness to ensure the environment is balanced and that all of the Laws of Nature are fully enlivened in the food. This creates food which imbibes the full value of nature’s intelligence capable of supporting the quality of consciousness the pandits need to be truly effective Vedic pandits.
Maharishi calls it Vedic Food for Vedic Consciousness and this unique and highly vital quality of food is a major factor in making the Maharishi Vedic Pandit Programs so effective.
The intelligence structured in our food, which depends on how it is produced and nurtured, connects us with the intelligence of the quality of Natural Law that was lively in the farming environment.
